Financial Policies & Insurance
Below is a list of our financial policies and the insurance we accept. Please give us a call if you need more information about our policies or questions about our accepted insurance plans.
All co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service.
Payments are due at the time of service. Every effort is made to accurately calculate patient co-insurance but sometimes the exact amount is not known until the claim is filed. At that time, we will let you know if a balance remains on your account. We reserve the right to turn accounts that are over 90 days to collections.
Forms of accepted payment:
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit are accepted.
We also participate in the BBE Barter network (Please contact the office for details)
For your convenience, we offer two payment plan options to assist you in achieving the smile you want without having to pay for it all up front. CareCredit and Simplepay payment plans are the two plans we offer and most patients are approved for one or the other. You may apply for CareCredit in our office or prior to your dental visit by phone or on the internet. To fill out an application or to answer any questions prior to your visit, Care Credit can be reached at 1-800-365-8295 or at www.carecredit.com.
Patients must place a deposit on appointments for major work that requires an appointment of 1 ½ hours or more. This may include crowns, bridges, root canals, partials, and dentures. The deposit is equal to half of the patient's co-insurance.
We accept the following insurance in addition to NC Healthchoice and Medicaid:
- BCBS NC
- Delta Dental
- United Concordia
